India and Japan have taken a major step towards deepening their strategic partnership.
Following talks between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Japanese counterpart Sanae Takaichi in New Delhi, the two countries announced a series of agreements covering economic security, artificial intelligence, clean energy and defence cooperation.
