Video showing Higher Education Minister touching girl athletes’ legs sparks outrage

Video captures him touching outstretched legs of athletes and cracking their toes while another guest was seen shaking hands with them; a complaint has been lodged at the DGP’s office against the Minister by lawyer Saranya Natarajan of the DMK’s Legal wing.
